Greening Grey Britain – Millstream Car Park Project.

A grey area of car park was identified by a member of the Bloom, they approached the owners and asked if we could transform it to green.

A yes was given and work began in November 2017. The weather and health have been against us, but the patch is now transformed with planting complete in March 2018.

Thanks in particular to Bloom member George Challenger, for his super contribution of all the plants to this new area. All have been grown from seed in his garden, which he has carefully collected from local areas over many years.

  A potential SSSI?
